My Approach to Helping

Within that context, your awareness of who you are and what you are working with can grow by leaps and bounds. What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process
I take a practical, open-ended approach to the Therapy Process. Fact is, the "proof is in the pudding." I suggest you lean into it. You are going to know early on if what we do together is actually working for you or not. I have had people come to me very skeptical of Therapy. I welcome the skepticism. In fact, you can use skepticism to your advantage when you use it as a way to validate your experience as helpful or not.
What Makes up a Problem?
Problems tend to show up in the areas where we are lacking in awareness. You may find that as your awareness grows, your problems shrink. Awareness is your anecdote to the problem. I use my skills as a therapist to help you gain the awareness that you need to overcome whatever challenge you are facing. Once you have gained the awareness and have applied what you have learned to the problem, you won't need me any longer.
