On the surface everyone thinks you have it together. You are successful and productive and people look up to you. But privately you are struggling. You are under an unbelievable amount of pressure and have overwhelming demands placed on you. You are losing balance in life and you are stuck and there appears to be no one you can talk to. I get how hard it is to pretend nothing is wrong but knowing things are not right. I understand how hard it is when your life feels like it is falling apart. It causes unbelievable stress, and can lead to anxiety and depression, and it begins to affect your professional and personal lives. It doesn’t have to be that way and there are solutions.

My practice provides accessible, private, and professional counseling using video and chat services you can access from the comfort of your home. My approach is scientifically proven, using primarily a Cognitive Behavioral approach, along with Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused and Person- Centered techniques. Throughout the treatment process, I use assessments to provide clear and measured feedback about your progress. We will work as a team to identify the goals that, when achieved, will make life better for you. Every session will help you find clarity and give you specific techniques and tools to help you continue your progress between sessions. I will provide a safe place for you to open up and talk, and I will kindly and directly motivate you to move forward toward your goals. Together, we can do this!
