Welcome! Thank you for visiting and I hope to be able to provide the help for which you are looking!
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I have been practicing since 2009 with experience specifically in mental and behavioral health counseling with adolescents, adults, and families. I am trained in a variety of counseling approaches to customize therapy to fit each client's individual needs. I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and comfortable environment to help you on the path to change. I look forward to helping you on that journey and offer flexible scheduling, including evening appointments for your convenience!
I accept all major insurance plans and several Employee Assistance Program (EAP) plans. Unfortunately, the office does not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
All sessions are through video telehealth.
