I believe you are reading this for a reason. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and self esteem issues for individuals as well as couples therapy. I believe that every client should leave each and every session with actionable steps that will help significantly improve mental health. I am completely bi-lingual (Spanish and English) and I am compassionate, patient, and understanding but also determined to provide direction to a better level of mental health and towards finding the best version of you.
