My Approach to Helping

Throughout therapy I will encourage the use of your strengths and your own expertise to reach the goals that you have established. We will work toward developing specific skills to manage unhelpful thoughts, emotions and behaviors in efforts toward improving long term emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
