My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself using skills and strengths you either don't realize you have or have forgotten how to access them. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I take a trauma informed and strengths based approach in helping you.
I will help you to understand from a different point of view what is causing issues in your life because I am able to listen to your situation without any emotional attachment or bias. I can help you to see patterns, choices and decisions that are not working for you.
I have over 25 years experience working in the helping profession.
