He has worked with diverse populations from children, teens, adults, and geriatrics. Jose’s approach to emotional healing is through the identification of maladaptive cognitive and behavior patterns and empowering individuals to modify these processes in order to improve their mental and physical well-being. Jose’s treatment modality of choice is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, however; he is passionate in his belief that patient indirectly chooses their treatment modality according to their unique situation and life experience. As a result, Jose has been able to utilize modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, etc. to help clients work through their struggles and improve their overall well-being.
