My Approach to Helping

In my practice I work with individuals 24+. Clients are often experiencing work or relationship issues, creative blocks, difficulty making major decisions, grief, loss, anxiety, anger, stuckness, or depression.

I have extensive post-graduate training in Existential approaches to therapy. I am a member of The New England Center for Existential Therapy (NECET). I have completed the core courses at The Institute for Existential-Psychoanalytic Therapy and continue to train with institute founder, Robert Fox, LICSW. I am proud to be a part of a thriving therapeutic and academic community focused on improving and growing as therapists.

I offer an empathetic, non-judgmental, confidential, and non-social relationship from which to explore your pressing concerns. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, work issues, and improved personal relationships. I work in an active and collaborative way to help people understand their strengths and creativity in facing problems.
