My Approach to Helping

What happens to us in childhood has long-lasting impacts on our brain, body and adult relationships. It's necessary to heal our childhood wounds so we can be physically and emotionally healthy. My expertise is providing treatment to adults who grew up with emotionally immature families or narcissistic parents. I am passionate about supporting individuals who have been forced to bury their feelings, struggle to use their voice to speak up for themselves or find it challenging to set healthy boundaries with others. My therapy space is a warm, gentle place where I will see you, hear you and treat you with respect and compassion.
I have gathered many tools over the years, to support people on their path of healing. Some of these tools include Internal Family Systems therapy, inner-child work, ways to calm anxiety, mindfulness practices, education, changing self-critical thought patterns and many more. Therapy is about you and we only use the tools that feel right for you.
I am a nurturing therapist and provide a safe space to heal the wounded inner child. To all people seeking therapy, please know this: Everyone deserves to have a voice, and your voice is important. Your feelings matter and you are not alone :)
