My Approach to Helping
I have been assisting clients in discovering and understanding where they want to be in life by helping identify behaviors and patterns that may help them improve, then ways to adapt new behaviors which can help them overcome challenges. In order to make therapy successful, we take an approach based mainly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which assesses behavior, readiness for change and working towards healing and life goals. If you are looking for growth in self-confidence, overcoming symptoms of trauma, dealing with grief, managing anxiety and/or depression & controlling impulses, I would like to help walk beside you in your journey.
