As a fully committed follower of Christ, it is an honor to be able to integrate the Christian faith into counseling upon request.
While there are many therapy modalities, the healing process of therapy is quite simple. Sitting with a neutral person and sharing your thoughts and feelings can be incredibly powerful. Therapy with me is a place free of judgement where you can sort out the past pains, current struggles, and future worries.
