My Approach to Helping
Sometimes the stress of day-to-day life or the memories of past experiences can get in our way. We want to move forward, closer to achieving our goals and aspirations, but we feel blocked and maybe even unsure how to get what we want. Put plainly, sometimes we feel "stuck". And, this stuck feeling can lead to painful symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and even physical pain. But, no one has to feel this way. You deserve to live the life you want. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them move through periods of challenge and difficulty. In a safe and healing environment, we gently explore past and and present experiences. We work together to resolve past issues, break unwanted patterns, and ultimately life more joyfully in the present. I also provide my clients with concrete skills to help them cope with and reduce painful emotional and physical symptoms.
