My Approach to Helping

Have you tried to talk it out with previous supports and left feeling unheard? Empathy and compassion are two goals for connecting that I have for my therapy sessions. You desire a therapist whom you can trust and who has your best interests in mind. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I can work with an array of conflicts, but am passionate about working with clients through self-worth esteem issues, grief and loss, anxiety, and trauma. My services provide a meaningful impact because of the emphasis I place on connecting with each client and their unique needs. I am authentic to who I am as a person and as a therapist.

You deserve a therapist who will take the time to get to know you and what you need in each session. I strive for this, and making our sessions as comfortable for you and judgment-free. I place importance on the guidance you provide me in regard to what you feel is the current presenting problem and how you would like to approach that.
I care about how my clients are feeling regarding our sessions. I want you to feel empowered and motivated to make whatever changes you feel are necessary. I strive to assist my clients in doing so with each session.

More Info About My Practice

Now offering Brainspotting as part of my healing work 💫

As a therapist who believes deeply in the mind-body connection, I’m always seeking ways to support clients in healing not just from the surface, but from the roots. Brainspotting is a powerful, neuroscience-based therapy that helps access and process unhealed trauma and stuck emotional experiences in the brain and body. It works by identifying specific “brainspots” — eye positions connected to where trauma is stored — allowing us to go beyond words and into deep, embodied healing.

This approach aligns with everything I believe about therapy: that healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t always happen through talking alone. It’s gentle, intuitive, and empowering — and it honors your nervous system’s wisdom.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Brainspotting can be used effectively with individuals, couples, athletes, performers, actors, creatives, and professionals in high-performance roles who are seeking deeper emotional clarity, regulation, and resilience. Whether you?re navigating relational struggles, performance anxiety, burnout, or trauma, Brainspotting supports you in accessing the internal blocks that words alone often can?t reach.

As a Brainspotting-informed therapist, I now offer this modality to support you in releasing what no longer serves, reconnecting to your truth, and creating lasting transformation from the inside out.

If you?re curious about how Brainspotting could support your journey, let?s talk.
