What's My Approach to Therapy?
As someone who lives with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) and comes from 25+ years of working in corporate America, I understand how a heightened, stressed, and overstimulated environment effects the mind, body, and spirit.
Therefore, I practice from an integrated holistic viewpoint to help align these three dimensions of the individual. My therapeutic approach to counseling is person-centered therapy (Rogerian) with beliefs rooted in psychodynamic theory (Eriksonian & Adlerian). Depending on the needs of the client, I will integrate other therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative, and somatic therapy.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
As a growing mental health practice, it is my vision to create a warm, inviting, and nonjudgemental environment for clients seeking psychotherapy, counseling, or life coaching. My approach to mental health wellness and coaching is relaxed and does not use a one-size-fits-all approach.
