My Approach to Therapy

"Whatever you do hold onto hope, my friend. The tiniest thread will twist into an unbreakable cord. Let hope anchor you in the possibility that this is not the end of your story, that hope will anchor you onto peaceful shores."-unknown I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina with a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Master of Arts in Education degree from Grand Canyon University. Helping individuals and families thrive is my passion as I believe that we are all inherently capable of healing and even thriving from challenging situations and painful life transitions. Leading people to their unique path for healing and understanding their own power and pain is an honor I cherish. Your journey requires empathy, curiosity, nurturing, validation and affirmation as well as practical feedback, and non-judgmental support. When you meet with me, my aim is that you will find a comforting, caring place where you feel safe and accepted; as therapy is a sacred space for holding what was, understanding what is, and moving toward what can be.

My Practice & Services

I am passionate about providing support for abuse victims, trauma survivors, and divorce recovery.
