My Approach to Helping

Struggling to understand why you feel this way? I can help you understand what is going on behaviorally and emotionally. I love helping people by providing psychological evaluations to promote access to treatment, accommodations, or understanding of their diagnosis. Beyond evaluations, I have specialty training in addiction and co-occurring mental health and addictive diagnoses. Often more than just substance use is going on and I can help address depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues alongside the addiction.
