I work with individuals and couples. I specialize in sexuality and gender-affirming therapy. If you seek support as a couple or as an individual in a ruptured relationship, therapy can provide insight and support around conflict patterns, attachment, and intimacy. As a couple, are you experiencing relationship issues such as decreased communication, desire discrepancy, infidelity, or other issues that could benefit from having a compassionate therapist help you? Or is it about a relationship reboot wanting greater emotional and intimate connection with one another?
Are you someone questioning your identity and yearning to explore what awaits you? My experience is helping individuals questioning their gender or sexual orientation or starting to transition when support can help. My work also includes out-of-control sexual behavior (e.g., pornography), which impairs some significant aspects of your life. Feeling stuck, isolated, or anxious about your life right now doesn’t have to be that way.
Imagine having someone you can talk to that hears what you have to say. I provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for all my clients. It is about having someone you can trust and talk to without judgment. I work to build confidence, self-worth, and self-esteem. My background and training in couple’s therapy (Gottman and sexual therapy), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and post-graduate work at the University of Michigan Sexual Health Program, CBT, and other therapeutic modalities, can be accessed through our therapy together. I am a trained mediator that understands conflict dynamics. When desired, I can also weave spiritual threads into your therapeutic journey.
