I will be honest with you as we explore the areas in your life that you are hoping to change. We will work together to help you develop new insights into your feelings and behaviors, and I will challenge you to make the changes needed for you to find balance and happiness.
I have been a therapist for 20 years. I have experience helping people with grief and loss, addiction, depression, anxiety, legal issues and life transitions. I offer a supportive environment where we will collaborate to establish what your goals are in therapy and find ways to achieve your goals and find solutions.
