My Approach to Helping

**NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** I specialize in working with couples and families, as well as individuals, using the proven Emotion Focused Therapy to help you heal relationships. I am experienced in helping individuals process and heal in issues from trauma, depression, low self-esteem, family and relationship issues, emotion regulation, parenting, and other life stresses. Seeking counseling is a brave move for your health and happiness. I am here to walk with you as you work toward regaining your balance and peace. You will find a safe space where you are allowed to be you, judgment-free.

With couples, I help you find the negative patterns and learn new patterns as you rebuild your partnership and romance. With families, I help every person find their voice and their place in the family system as you grow up together. With individuals of all ages, I provide a safe space and tools as you process and heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, etc.

I am a husband and father, worked with people of all ages for years in mental health, and am an LMFT Graduate Student Intern. These life experiences and education give me a much deeper understanding and empathy into my clients' issues, and they help me provide the support you need during tough times.
