What's My Approach to Therapy?

Do you or someone you love feel frustrated in relationships or communicating emotions? Do you wish you could find the cause and fix it? You can, with some guiding help from a therapist. I have years of experience helping people improve relationships and emotional communication. The problems that you notice today are almost always caused by past experiences. I will work with you to find and heal those past experiences. I will help you better understand yourself and your partner, and I will help you practice emotional expression, so you can connect with the people you love.

With couples, I help you find negative communication and learn new habits as you rebuild your partnership and romance. With individuals of all ages, I provide a safe space and tools as you process and heal from trauma, anxiety, or other challenges.

Whatever is holding you back in your life, therapy can help you go beyond simply treating negative symptoms and work on the real issues beneath the surface. You will be able to achieve a higher quality of life, helping both you and your loved ones enjoy life more. I encourage you to make the investment in yourself and become the best you.
