My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all. Helping adults and Asian-Americans through talk therapy or EMDR, I get people unstuck and moving in the direction they value. Offering culturally competent care and as a Certified Grief Informed Professional, I support adults who struggle with anxiety, loss, life transitions, and trauma. I equip clients with proven techniques, such as tapping into strengths, using mindfulness within daily activities, highlighting available choices, and transforming unwanted thoughts in a structured format. I also help enhance dimensions of your overall wellness. In all, clients gain a healthier connection to their feelings and actions.

I teach effective tools based on your needs and abilities and empower you to regain control of your life. For trauma work, I integrate light somatic exercises with EMDR.
