Jane obtained her master’s degree in counseling and human services from the University of Idaho and her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Northern Illinois University. Jane is also a certified school psychologist in the state of Idaho and has extensive work experience in public and private schools. Jane believes that therapy is a form of self-care that anyone and everyone can benefit from.
