What's My Approach to Therapy?
You’re holding it together—mostly. You show up for work, friends, and family, and maybe even remember to water your plants. But under the surface, you’re tired, stuck, and running on autopilot without the joy or spark you used to have.
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to start feeling better. Here, therapy might happen in an office, or it might happen walking the foothills, paddleboarding the river, or moving under an open sky. Because sometimes, the best breakthroughs happen outside four walls.
At Flowing Connections Counseling, therapy is tailored to your life. Sometimes that means a quiet, focused office session. Other times, it’s adventure therapy—walking, hiking, biking, or paddleboarding while we talk.
Movement and nature help untangle thoughts, lower stress, and create space for clarity. Whether in-person, online, or outdoors, every session is designed to help you feel calm, connected, and capable again.
In my work, I blend professional counseling with the power of movement and the outdoors for a full 60-minute session. For some, that means adventure therapy sessions in nature. For others, it’s traditional therapy in a welcoming space. Either way, my goal is the same: to equip you with tools, insight, and confidence so you can navigate life without feeling stuck or dependent on therapy forever. This is about autonomy, growth, and building a life you love—inside and out.
I know what it’s like to feel capable on the outside, but restless and uncertain on the inside. Through movement, connection, and intention, I’ve experienced the shift from survival mode to a life that feels purposeful, steady, and full of possibility. Now, I’m here to walk, sometimes literally alongside you as you create that same shift for yourself.
