My Approach to Helping

People I help want to feel better quickly and my goal is to help you feel better as soon as possible so that they can move on into your better life. People have reported our work together has been invaluable in providing relief to past trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, family struggles, problems with marriage and relationships, sexual issues, loss and grief, issues related to age and life transitions, LGBTQIA+, social justice and race issues, military veterans and first-responder issues, and historical and multigenerational trauma issues.

I am trained in many traditional and non-tradition forms of therapy in trauma and multicultural therapy and have extensive experience and training working with people from a wide spectrum of backgrounds with equally diverse issues. Anxiety, depression, relationships, loss and grief, I have been a therapist for many years, and there isn't much I haven't seen.
Because of the significant healing past clients experienced, many refer to me because I assisted them in their healing, trust me, mutual respect, and have enjoyed working with me. There isn't much I haven't dealt with over the years, and I will be respectful and honoring of the healing work you need and in a manner that works best for you.
