How Psychotherapy Can Help
Negative emotions can impact our everyday lives if we let them. Such intense emotions may be shame, anger, guilt, sadness, etc. It can leave people feeling overwhelmed and down causing anxiety and may lead us to act in ways we normally wouldn't. Whether you are dealing with something chronic or temporary, it can be very hard to manage negative emotions. Do not let this negative thinking take over. Psychotherapy can help. My aim is to help facilitate change by creating new growth and hope for yourself.
Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
Finding a therapist can be very overwhelming. It is so important to find someone you feel connected with and who understands how to help you. I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation, either face to face or over the telephone so we can better understand what you need before you commit to starting the process of therapy. If we are not a good fit, it would be absolutely no problem to help you find someone who is. It is important to me that you get the help you need.
