My Approach to Helping

Are you struggling in your life with a relationship? Does it feel like you are not understood or perhaps you don't understand your partner and can't seem to get on the same page no matter how hard you try?

Couples, as well as individuals, seek counseling with me for issues involving dissatisfaction in the relationship, trust issues, conflict resolution, communication skills, emotional as well as sexual intimacy issues. My passion is to help motivated individuals and couples to build more intimacy in their relationships and create change in their lives.

It is important to me that you feel safe in a non-judgmental environment. I have a directive compassionate therapeutic approach. My main goal is to help you build a healthy emotional self as well as help you connect and communicate effectively with others.

More Info About My Practice

My fee is normally $120-150 for individuals, couples and families. My sessions are 50 minutes long.

My practice does NOT accept insurance at this time. However, I encourage you to check your insurance for out of network benefits. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible to receive reimbursements.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Negative emotions can impact our everyday lives if we let them. Such intense emotions may be shame, anger, guilt, sadness, etc. It can leave people feeling overwhelmed and down causing anxiety and may lead us to act in ways we normally wouldn't. Whether you are dealing with something chronic or temporary, it can be very hard to manage negative emotions. Do not let this negative thinking take over. Psychotherapy can help. My aim is to help facilitate change by creating new growth and hope for yourself.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

Finding a therapist can be very overwhelming. It is so important to find someone you feel connected with and who understands how to help you. I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation, either face to face or over the telephone so we can better understand what you need before you commit to starting the process of therapy. If we are not a good fit, it would be absolutely no problem to help you find someone who is. It is important to me that you get the help you need.
