I am passionate about providing quality mental health treatment to individuals, couples, and families using a trauma informed approach. I have found in my clinical experience that many sources of wounding, disconnect, and suffering in relationships are connected to attachment injuries and trauma. Such experiences can leave us feeling anxious, confused, angry, stuck, and isolated. My belief is that therapy is a an important tool to regaining as well as reclaiming meaning and purpose in our lives. In my clinical experience as a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist., I discovered that attachment wounding can be a common setback one I desire to help mend for others. Attachment wounding often begins after a breech of trust and can leave us feeling betrayed or abandoned by those we care about most.
