My Approach to Helping

Compassionate therapy for individuals to find help navigating life, relationships, purpose, identity, and all that comes with it.

We all need help from time to time, and although it may feel like an isolating experience, that does not mean you have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, safe space for you to release the heavy burdens you may have been carrying and will be there to support you as you begin to reconnect with the person you want to be.

I facilitate discussions aimed at helping you gain a deeper connection to values within yourself and the world around you in order to confront your troubles. My goal is for our conversations to leave you feeling a bit better as each session passes in the hopes of reuniting your inner strengths and overcoming life's challenges. I provide sincere and compassionate therapy and will help carry your worries alongside you as you try to find new ways to experience your life, relationships, identity, and all that comes with it.

Your mental health matters! Call today for your free 15-minute phone consultation to see how I can best support you and your needs. Remote Video Teletherapy sessions available for anyone residing in California. Hold your session conveniently from the privacy of your home, work, car, on a walk outside, or wherever you feel comfortable talking!

More Info About My Practice

I aim to uphold acceptance and equality for all, both in my professional life and in my personal life. I am a forever advocate and ally of the transgender and LGBTQ+ communities so my practice is a safe space to seek support in whether you are part of the community or just feel good about seeing a therapist who you know holds inclusive beliefs. I also thoroughly enjoy my work with young adult clients as I know what it can feel like to have a therapist who really gets you (and those who don't) - hopefully you feel the same if we work together! I also know what it is like to be a client, to be on the other side of the couch. I've been doing my own personal work throughout my life in order to be a better human being and in turn a better therapist.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

How we feel on the inside translates to what our world looks and feels like on the outside. Our mental health is the foundation for health in all other aspects of our lives. I hope to support you in tending to the internal while getting to know yourself on a deeper level, so that your life flourishes around you.
