My Approach to Helping
Feeling stuck and struggling to move forward from a relationship or the death of a loved one? Overwhelmed by societal pressures and experiencing anxiety or shame? My goal is to guide you through these transitions and uncertainties to a future filled with confidence no matter where you are on your journey.
My Role as a Therapist
My role is to meet you where you are by prioritizing building trust and connection with you as we work together to address your goals and invite growth and curiosity.
I engage in a holistic therapeutic approach, which means I incorporate various orientations, such as relational Gestalt, attachment, narrative, internal family systems, and acceptance-based psychotherapy modalities in my work. During our sessions, we will focus on your current experiences, inviting the here-and-now presence to explore harmful patterns that may be impacting your growth, well-being, and authenticity.
