My Approach to Helping
Using a holistic approach, I will carefully listen to your needs and use individually tailored methods combined with compassion and skills garnered from 20-plus years as a wife, a mother, and a business executive. I love adding mindfulness practices to client sessions, if desired, and focus on creating a safe space for clients to heal and grow.
When working with you or your loved one, I work collaboratively with your other providers and school resources to help ensure we are all working towards achieving the same goals.
All who are looking to increase happiness in their lives are welcome. I am currently accepting new clients for in-person or telehealth sessions and offer evening hours. If you think I may be a good fit for you or a family member please reach out.
