My Approach to Helping
I believe each client has innate strengths and inner wisdom that can be uncovered through the therapy process. We will work together to make sense of your past and present, and move towards positive change. I aim to bring empathy, warmth, humor, acceptance, and cultural humility into each session. I am an integrative, client-centered therapist and draw from my cognitive behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic, and trauma informed training.
I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, career concerns, adjustments to new cities and life stages, body image, and more.
