My Approach to Helping
Thank you for looking at my profile! I have always had a passion to help and serve others! I am passionate about counseling others to help each of my clients achieve their inner potential. The sessions are focused on the clients’ needs. I have experience with immigrants from Central America, homeless women, children, adolescents, pregnant mothers, and other diverse populations. We are holistic beings that are influenced greatly by many aspects of our lives. Many of our negative andor positive thoughts and actions affect all aspects of our lives. My theoretical approaches are Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, narrative, existential, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy.
I graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2006 and the University of Phoenix in Puerto Rico with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2014. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
