My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and psychodynamic approaches to tailor treatment to each client\'s unique needs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I can help you develop the tools and insights you need to manage your challenges and move toward a more fulfilling life.
