My Approach to Helping
I offer a trauma informed, holistic approach to the therapeutic relationship, drawing upon various influences including attachment theory, depth psychology, CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, and Internal Family Systems. For clients who are seeking specific evidence based interventions, I offer EMDR therapy (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
Services I provide are tailored to individual clients and their needs. My goal is to find mechanisms that are helpful to you, whether for moments of crisis (heightened emotions, dysregulation or experiencing sporadic or regular panic attacks) or those of reflexion where you may feel blocked, confused or in need of clarity.
