My Approach to Helping

I approach each client with empathy, respect, and the belief that every individual has inherent value and purpose. My goal is to provide encouragement, insight, and effective tools to help clients overcome obstacles and move forward with clarity and confidence. My therapeutic orientation is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), complemented by extensive training and practical experience in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Groups I Work With

At this stage in my practice, I am focused on working with clients dealing with career concerns, workplace stress, relationship difficulties, motivation challenges, and symptoms of depression and anxiety. I do not currently provide trauma-focused therapy or posttraumatic stress (PTSD) diagnosis and treatment, but I am happy to provide referrals when appropriate. While I have training in neurodivergent issues—particularly attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD)—I am not formally certified in this area and encourage clients seeking specialized support to consider that when reaching out.
