My Approach to Helping
As a therapist, I use a variety of approaches to address the specific needs of each client. Some clients respond well to talking about the past, while others want to explore spirituality or mind-body awareness. Each client is different, and I believe that the needs of the client ultimately guide the course of therapy that we collaborate to create.
Therapy is a powerful place where you can explore what it means to be your authentic self, and use this knowledge to overcome struggles and heal emotional and psychological pain. The therapeutic process is all about you, which is what makes it special and different from any other type of support you can get for your own personal growth and development.
More Info About My Practice
My passion is to create a safe space for people to explore thoughts and feelings while feeling truly cared for by another person. As one who provides that guidance and support, I have the privilege of helping people in identifying what is not working in their lives, and then helping them implement solutions to become happier and healthier.
Those I have worked with have come to experience greater satisfaction in their relationships, an increased sense of self-esteem and confidence, a clearer understanding of who they are and what their purpose is, and much more than I can encompass here in a written statement.
Collaborating with individuals to empower them to improve their functioning and obtain a more satisfying and comprehensive understanding of who they are and what they want to get out of life has evolved to become my life's work, and I am honored and blessed to be of service in this way.
I provide a sliding scale to accommodate various financial circumstances. I can also provide a financial statement that can be used to submit a claim to insurance providers for reimbursement of treatment fees.
I look forward to hearing from you to discuss how we can work together to create peace, happiness, healing, and positive movement in your life!
