My Approach to Helping
Feel better! Therapy is a powerful place where you can explore how to stop feeling stuck. You can figure out how to be your most authentic self, and use this knowledge to overcome struggles and heal emotional and psychological pain. It's all about you, and my hope is that you'll look forward to the weekly session that is completely focused on you and your needs.
I'm here to figure out what works best for you. That could mean talking through your problems, setting goals, practicing ways to live your best life, or finding out what gives you a sense of purpose. Each client is different, and I believe that your needs will ultimately guide our work together.
More Info About My Practice
Our work together will be a series of comfortable interactions that will help you get your needs met in multiple areas of your life. The process is designed to take you from a place of feeling unhappy to a place of feeling empowered and capable of making meaningful changes in your life.
Those I have worked with have said therapy has created things like greater satisfaction in their relationships, an increased sense of self-esteem and confidence, and a clearer understanding of who they are, what matters to them, and how to get what they need. I hope I can provide you with a similar experience.
I offer a sliding scale to help people with different financial needs. I can also provide a monthly invoice statement you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
I look forward to hearing from you to discuss how we can work together to create peace, happiness, healing, and positive movement in your life. Give me a call to schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit :)
