My Approach to Helping

My approach is trifold. I cater to each individual, gaining insight and a better understanding of your experience. I provide a compassionate and safe space, free of judgement, where we can both learn more about you. Lastly, humor can be a therapeutic tool to create a comfortable, lighthearted and open environment.
