My Approach to Helping

Feeling Overwhelmed, Anxious, or Burned Out? Let’s Fix That. Life isn’t slowing down, and whether you’re juggling college, a demanding career, or both, it’s easy to feel stressed, anxious, and exhausted. Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, feeling behind, or struggling to balance everything on your plate. The pressure to perform, succeed, and “have it all together” can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I help college students and working professionals manage stress, overcome anxiety, and prevent burnout. Whether you’re dealing with academic pressure, workplace stress, self-doubt, or imposter syndrome, I provide real-world strategies to help you feel more in control, confident, and balanced.

More Info About My Practice

A bit about my approach to therapy:
My counseling style can be described as warm, empathetic, and goal-oriented. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach and prioritize collaboration and psychoeducation with my clients. In working through stress and anxiety, I work with clients on mindfulness and relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation.

What you can expect from our first session:
You can expect to leave my sessions having a deeper understanding of your triggers and stressors, allowing you to identify and address the underlying causes of your stress and anxiety. You will gain enhanced emotional regulation, improved coping strategies, strengthened boundaries, and a sense of empowerment. Improving your well-being doesn't have to be a solo journey; let's connect and do this together!
