With couples, I focus on unraveling problematic dynamics to foster healthier interactions. I also offer EMDR, a potent tool for trauma resolution, and for those seeking a more extensive exploration I offer psychoanalysis.
I began my journey into therapy after years in the arts and a life of athletics, granting me insight into the struggles faced by individuals in these realms. However, I believe anyone can benefit from therapy when they feel stuck or off course in their life's journey. My aim is to help clients untangle conflicts and rediscover pathways to flourishing.
