My Approach to Helping

Everyone was born to live a fulfilling life. No matter how challenging things have been, healthy living is possible.

I want to work with you to help you find the sense of peace you deserve. After many years of dealing with my own trauma and turning to substances and other maladaptive behaviors to cope, I can empathize with what it takes to make yourself whole. I provide you with a safe space to process the difficult experiences and help you reach whatever goals you have for yourself in a way that is healthy and promotes a balanced life.

More Info About My Practice

I value family and spending all the time I can with those I love. I value learning and personal growth. I believe all people deserve equitable access to quality mental health care and coming from a rural area in NYS, I strive to make that care available to those around me. I believe all people are capable of change with the right support and resources. I have 5 young children and know the struggles related to parenting. I value the safe places where parents can talk freely about the difficulties in parenthood without judgment. Those places are scarce for many people and I desire to provide that space. I am also in recovery from substances and believe everyone deserves second chances, it is because of the second chance that I was given that I was able to achieve my fullest potential. I value helping and trying to be a place where others who are struggling and can come to access hope.
