My Approach to Helping

Talk therapy is valuable for the matters we process in words, while art allows us to express emotions that defy description. In order to grow and heal, we need both. That’s why I offer a range of dynamic services that are effective approaches towards mental liberation. Together, we’ll identify kinder, gentler ways for you to take care of yourself.

Together we will work towards removing and updating your self-limiting beliefs, so you can be in alignment with who you are meant to be. We’ll do this through holistic art-integrated therapy. Come prepared to engage with your words, imagination, and body.

I see my role as holding space-time where you can feel comfortable enough to explore and discover the unique blocks that prevent your personal evolution. Get in touch and together we’ll work towards removing and updating your self-limiting beliefs, so you can be in alignment with who you are meant to be.

My ideal client is open to exploring all aspects of themselves without judgment. They understand that healing is a process, not an overnight fix. Typically these clients are seeking deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships.

Perhaps they've tried other methods like talk therapy alone but are looking for a new approach. They may struggle with low self-esteem, trauma from their past, or difficulty expressing emotions. They want to reconnect with their innate creativity and become more self-compassionate.

In my practice some light health coaching also gets integrated into my work. Thinking about your gut really complements the thinking we do about your physical and mental health… which makes my approach truly holistic!

More Info About My Practice

Take a moment to imagine what would transform in your life if you could be in a deeper and more supportive relationship with yourself. Part of my role is to offer support and guidance for people who have parts that need healing and to allow their natural wisdom to emerge. Through my work, my clients often create more understanding, kindness, and joy within themselves, in relationships with others, and to their life as a whole.

I listen deeply to whats being shared with me and hold warm presence, strength and gentleness. I have found that by listening deeply and holding space for others in creative ways, my clients experience more internal space, clarity, and things might just "click" in new ways. I often hear "I didn't think I would ever get here" or "is it really possible that [this problem] has disappeared?" It's remarkable to see how people can orient to the world differently and in doing that, live in a new vibrational reality.

One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is investment into your own personal growth. This investment has ripple effects through your life: the one you experience now and the future to come. I've witnessed healing and growth happen. It is possible for you.

I love what I do and feel lucky to know people in such beautiful and meaningful ways.

Other details about my practice:
I work as a primary therapist for many clients. I also work as an adjuntive expressive therapist, supporting people who are looking to add another service into their treatment which could compliment the work they are already doing with their therapist. Options to meet weekly, bi-weekly or even monthly depending upon your needs.

…you can also join me for art therapy and group courses! Each option is an effective approach towards mental liberation.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

This varies! Often in therapy there is incremental change (baby steps) that happens. This is to be expected and while I witness change happen in small steps, it's also possible for it to be transformational. In taking this approach, we can hope that clients get results faster and more efficiently.
