My Approach to Helping

Discover a new way to evolve & heal - when compassion, creativity and neuroscience combine.

As an integrative therapist, I focus on facilitating transformational change. Together, we'll delve into your psychological patterns, uprooting them from the core to effect profoundly meaningful and enduring changes in your life. Unlike traditional talk therapy, my approach incorporates art therapy, somatic practices, and neuroscience informed care, bringing an embodied dimension to mental health care.

My role is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore and uncover the unique obstacles hindering your personal growth. We'll work collaboratively to dismantle outdated internal programming, paving the way for you to align with your true self.

Through supportive and empowering communication, I aim to revolutionize therapy through art, offering a fresh perspective on mental health care. With my guidance, you'll navigate your mental health journey with confidence and clarity, ultimately transforming into the person you're meant to be.

More Info About My Practice

Take a moment to imagine what would transform in your life if you could be in a deeper and more supportive relationship with yourself. Part of my service is to offer support and guidance for people who have parts that need healing and to allow their natural wisdom to emerge. Through my work, my clients often create more understanding, kindness, and joy within themselves, in relationships with others, and to their life as a whole.

I listen deeply to whats being shared with me and hold warm presence, strength and gentleness. As humans we process information through words, and other times through images, colors, sound, or movement. I have found that by listening deeply and holding space for others in these ways, my clients often experience more internal space, clarity, and things might just "click" in new ways.

One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is investment into your own personal growth. This investment has ripple effects through your life; the one you experience now and the future to come. I've witnessed healing and growth happen. It is possible for you.

I love what I do and feel lucky to know people in such beautiful and meaningful ways.
