My Approach to Helping
I believe that therapy should be individualized to meet the specific need of each client. I use a variety of techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have built my practice of making therapy as accessible as possible to people to prevent the stress of having to make arrangements in their day to day life. I offer nontraditional days and times (to include weekend appointments online).
