My Approach to Helping
I have undergone extensive training in assisting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma, including those affected by vicarious trauma. Additionally, a key aspect of my therapeutic practice involves working with individuals facing interpersonal challenges, particularly those grappling with inappropriate guilt and difficulties in emotional vulnerability.
