My Approach to Helping
I believe everyone longs to live a meaningful, full life. I know for me, there have been times that this felt out of reach and difficult to imagine. I help people who feel anxious, disconnected, and confused connect with themselves and a sense of meaning in their life. When this connection is restored I've seen strong feelings of uncertainty, doubt, and fear transform into confidence, hope, and creativity.
Though I work with a variety of clients, I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, especially on themes of identity, trauma, and anxiety. I offer a compassionate approach to therapy that is relationally driven and body-informed. In therapy, I go beyond talking alone and aim to engage your thoughts, emotions, and body.
