I seek to honor the complexity of the unique human experience through a holistic approach to therapy. I work with clients hoping to feel more alive and whole. We all feel stuck at times, noticing ourselves repeating the same behaviors and finding ourselves in the same type of relationships, even if we know they no longer serve us. I work to create space for authenticity, curiosity and creativity where we can explore and challenge these patterns, inviting in all parts of you. I pay special attention to our early childhood experiences with our parents or primary caregivers, as a way to understand how we relate to our emotions and the emotions of others.
