Life is difficult. It can feel so overwhelming. There's one thing after another, after another. You can't seem to catch a break. Even if you are trying your best, sometimes it feels like you are just barely hanging on. The tools and coping strategies that have carried you through so much, are no longer working. Or you're in a relationship where you keep having the same fight over and over again and you're tired of it.
Relationships are important, especially the relationship with your self. Using what we know about attachment, our thoughts and feelings, and the external stressors many of us face today, I can help you decipher the often confusing messages, emotions, thoughts and experiences you hold inside. Through our work together, you can have the additional support you need to achieve your goals and experience real change.
It can be really scary to call someone and ask for help. I've been there. It would be an honor to be there for you.
