I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Addiction Counselor, proudly serving individuals in both Kansas and Missouri. With a holistic and integrative approach to mental health, I specialize in supporting clients through complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and a range of life challenges. As a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, I combine this evidence-based modality with traditional talk therapy to help clients process difficult experiences and move toward lasting healing. My work is grounded in empathy and clarity, blending structured, goal-oriented methods with a deeply compassionate therapeutic environment.

Beyond therapy, I also offer coaching services focused on whole-person well-being—helping clients explore emotional, mental, physical, and relational wellness.
