My Approach to Helping
I'm a Christian and have been counseling for 29 years (24 years as an LPC). My expertise is most evident with clients that have a trauma background. I use EMDR to treat clinical symptoms that stem from trauma that are debilitating, whether these are in the form of depression, anxiety, triggers, addiction, or panic. And since trauma involves the whole being, I'm passionate about addressing the spiritual underpinnings and values that clients wrestle with, and how these have impacted your relationship with God, others, and self.
