My Approach to Helping
Healing the past allows us to receive the future and spiritual therapy can guide the way. The goal of spiritual therapy is to expand our perception of what is possible. Yet expansion is not always easy or straightforward, especially when the outside world can seem so loud. In therapy, I love teaching people mindfulness skills to help them manage stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. My goal is for you to get grounded and stay grounded so you know why you are doing what you are doing. Imagine setting your priorities from your purpose every day of life, not just on the days when you feel like it. I love to help people get aligned with their goals and stay aligned them through therapy, which is a neutral and safe space for doing this work. To be honest, I have always loved helping people. Becoming a therapist has been a formalization of this longstanding passion. I am also a composer of music, a student of meditation, and a spiritual writer. I would love to explore working with you.
