My Approach to Helping
Some who struggle with anxiety andor depression may also experience a sense of loss of self, feelings of shame and guilt over painful experiences past andor issues in the lives of those close to them. Realizing and Experiencing for oneself the truth of God's love while learning about false beliefs you may hold to about yourself, God, the world or others can be transforming and healing. We offer Biblically Based Therapy for the healing process to those who are Hurting.
Our Philosophy of Ministry: to be consistent in our relationship with Jesus Christ; Ministry at every level, whether it be teaching or Therapy is always for the purpose of restoration to God first and then to one another through understanding, seeing oneself and others through the lens of Scripture; forgiving and accepting oneself and others with the same grace and mercy through which we have been ministered unto in Christ.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Biblically based Psychotherapy or Biblical Cognitive Therapy in my experience is a learning process. During the process one is encouraged and assisted in identifying negative belief systems that have powerful holds on individuals which in part prevent them from moving forwards and finding the healing they desire. Biblically based therapy most importantly invites God into the picture because the truth about who we are has a lot to do with understanding who created us and by whom we are known. God's love and healing according to His Word is true love and healing. "But to you who fear My name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out and grow fat like stall-fed calves." (Malachi 4:2, NKJV)
