My Approach to Helping
In my practice, I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, the effects of past trauma, eating issues, or relationship challenges. I provide a safe, welcoming space where all parts of a person are welcome. I invite you to explore thoughts, feelings, and memories with compassion and curiosity. Using a holistic, client-centred approach, I offer tools, psycho-education, and strategies to manage challenges and support greater well-being.
With kindness and self-compassion, we can more easily process emotions, heal old wounds, and explore new ways of thinking and feeling. I use CBT, somatic approaches, IFS, and mindfulness to support meaningful change. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but growth and healing are always possible with the right tools and resources.
