My Approach to Helping
I'm a mental health therapist who has the privilege of helping adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD to overcome barriers which prohibit them from experiencing their best life. My work is whole and client centered. I use a wide variety of theories and interventions to facilitate communication which allow freedom to express difficulties and find your best solutions to issues. I work with individuals, groups, and families.
My primary therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, I'm also trained in Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Psychotherapy. My approach to the therapeutic session is as a trained assistant on your journey towards your best outcome. I have extensive training in Dreamwork to help clients uncover the hidden meaning in their dreams.
