I'm a mental health therapist privileged to help clients experiencing trauma (we are all experiencing trauma) to overcome barriers which prohibit them from experiencing life at its best. My work is holistic and client centered, designed to help set and achieve personal goals. I use a wide variety of theories and interventions to facilitate communication which allows freedom to express difficulties and find your best solutions to issues. I work with individuals and groups.
I use a wide array of modalities and interventions in practice. I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and have experience treating complex trauma using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. I’m a Certified Digital Health and Wellness Professional (CDHWP) as well as a Certified Telemental Health Provider (CTMH). Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Dreamwork are also used. My approach to the therapeutic session is as a trained assistant working with you on your journey towards your chosen best outcome.
